All orders paid and cleared by 4:00 PM EST ship the same day.

Orders cleared after 4:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

We do not ship before cleared payment under any circumstances.
Domestic Shipping -
Buyers are responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Packages are not insured unless specifically requested. Lost packages are the buyer’s responsibility. If you purchase insurance through us, we will assist you in filing a claim.

We can be held responsible for when we ship, but not when carriers deliver.
International Shipping -
We ship internationally via FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed and will be communicated before shipment.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Buyers may also provide their own shipping label if preferred.

Your final invoice will be sent to you via email with instructions on how to pay. Please go ahead and make your payment. Please be sure to add your invoice number to your payment so your order can be identified.
You will be notified when your payment has cleared and then again when your devices ship. Your final invoice will include your IMEI numbers and tracking information
