Return Policy

• As a leader in the electronics industry, we want to ensure that each transaction ends with a positive experience. Therefore we offer 90 day warranty from purchase date for all IMEI's and 30 day for functionality. Buyers must contact us in writing requesting an RMA before returning any of our items.

• You must fill out the return authorization below to request a return of any merchandise. All return requests must be approved.

• Please allow 2-3 business days to respond to return requests.

• Return shipping is buyers responsibility, we will reship for free, both your RMA and any order you place on the same day - we will contact you.

• Warranty is 30 days from the date of shipping.

​

• Any items that do not power on, that are deemed physically damaged, have iCloud lock, have water damage, or in any way not in the condition sent will not be covered under warranty.

• We do not provide refunds. In the case we are unable to replace your defective merchandise we will provide you with an alternative or a credit to use towards your next purchase.

​

• In case that we do not have replacements, a credit will be issued to use for future purchases. No refunds will be allowed. No exceptions.
